Excellent experience. Great price and the best reviews in the area. Titus was responsive and very helpful. After picking the look, Titus took care of everything and the turn around time was only 3ish weeks! Other installers in the area were quoting 6-8 weeks at a much higher price. Thank you Titus and Costel, amazing job.Posted on Google![]()

TM Quartz & Granite exceeded every expectation. From the initial quote to the final installation, Titus was tremendous every step of the way. Not only was their pricing excellent, but the quality of their work was outstanding. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel completely at ease and fully informed throughout a home project, but that’s exactly what Titus did. He took the time to answer every question, kept us updated, and made the entire process stress-free. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job in less than a day. The craftsmanship is absolutely top-notch, and the finished countertops look incredible. If you’re considering new countertops, I highly recommend reaching out to Titus. He and his dad are honest, professional, and truly care about their customers. With excellent pricing, exceptional service, and beautiful results, they should be your first choice for countertops!
A laundry room is not a small kitchen. The counter sits over machines that vibrate, next to a sink that gets bleach splashes and hard water, in a space somebody framed with an inch to spare. We cut every top in our own shop, so if the template needs a small change we fix it ourselves instead of waiting on a supplier. The same crew that templates your room also installs the top, so nobody has to guess what the last person measured.
For most Phoenix laundry rooms, granite and quartz both work. Granite handles a warm iron or a hot basket better, but it needs sealing every year or two. Quartz never needs sealing and shrugs off detergent and fabric softener, but the resin can be damaged by high heat, so keep hot tools off it. A small folding counter or a sink top can often be cut from a remnant slab, which costs less than buying a full slab.
Granite is natural stone, so every slab looks different. It tolerates heat well and suits a laundry room that doubles as an ironing station. We seal it at install and you reseal every one to two years.
Quartz is engineered stone, so the color is even from slab to slab. It does not need sealing, which a lot of people like in a room they rarely wipe down. Set hot irons on a trivet.
If your counter is small, ask what remnant pieces we have. Using one can bring the price down. Availability changes week to week, so we check before we quote.
Most of our laundry jobs fall into one of these:
We cut around hose boxes, vent openings and faucet holes in the shop, so the top drops in clean.
A standard kitchen counter is about 25 inches deep and 36 inches high, but laundry rooms rarely follow that. Full-size front-load machines are often 38 to 40 inches tall, so a counter above them sits higher, or you need under-counter machines. Laundry counters are commonly 24 to 30 inches deep.
Before we template, measure the machines with the hoses, vents and feet in place, and leave a little room for them to move forward when they run. If you are not sure what will fit, send photos with a tape measure in the shot and we will tell you.
Laundry counters are priced by the square foot like any other job, so a small room costs far less than a kitchen. Granite in the Phoenix area generally runs $40 to $100 per square foot installed, depending on the slab and the edge.
| Job | Size | Typical installed price |
|---|---|---|
| Folding counter over washer and dryer | 8 to 12 sq ft | $320 to $1,200 |
| Counter with a utility sink cutout | 12 to 20 sq ft | $480 to $2,000 |
| Full laundry run with backsplash | 20 to 30 sq ft | $800 to $3,000 |
Very small jobs may carry a minimum charge. Removing an old top and reconnecting plumbing can add to the price. You get the exact number in writing before we start.
The install is usually finished in a day. Time between the template and the install depends on the slab, and we give you a date with your quote.
We do free consultations for laundry rooms and other spaces. Call (602) 516-6893 or use the form and attach a few photos. We will tell you plainly whether granite, quartz or a remnant makes the most sense, and whether the cabinets need work before the top goes on.

Granite and quartz both work well. Granite handles heat better and needs sealing every one to two years. Quartz needs no sealing but should not take hot irons. For a small counter, a remnant can cut the cost.
Most laundry counters we quote fall between about $320 and $3,000 installed. That is based on $40 to $100 per square foot for granite and a size of 8 to 30 square feet. The slab, edge, sink cutout and old top removal change the number. We quote in writing before work starts.
Yes, if the machines are front-loading or under-counter models. Top-loading machines need room to open the lid, so a counter above them usually will not work. Measure the machines with the hoses and vents attached and send us the numbers.
Yes. We cut drop-in and undermount sink openings and the faucet holes. Undermount gives a cleaner look, and on granite we seal the cut edge. We need the sink model before we template.
Yes. Send two or three photos and rough measurements, or call (602) 516-6893. We give the estimate in writing.
The install is usually done in one day. Time between the template and the install depends on the slab and our schedule, and we give you a date with the quote.
It can if it sits. Bleach and strong cleaners can dull the sealer on granite and mark some quartz. Wipe up spills quickly and rinse with water.
